At CSA Aqua, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of our apparel across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, delivery partners, and other key information you need to know before placing an order.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
- Orders placed via https://csaaqua.in will be processed only for valid Indian addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high volume, stock issues, or unforeseen logistics constraints, customers will be notified via email or call.
3. Shipping Partners
We use trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, DTDC, and others depending on the delivery location.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- Tier 2/3 Cities and Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or courier availability.
5. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping for orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge (₹49–₹79) may apply. - Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee of ₹50 may be charged.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email.
- You can track the status of your shipment through the courier’s tracking page or via your account on our website.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Couriers generally make 3 attempts to deliver the order.
- If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- In rare cases of lost or delayed packages, please contact our support team at sales@titicaca.in with your order ID.
- We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated on the status.
9. Packaging
All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, waterproof packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
