Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CSA Aqua, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items used, altered, or washed
  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Call us +91 90511 88076  within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (in case of defect/damage)
  1. Once approved, we will share return instructions and courier pickup details (if available in your area).
  2. In self-shipping cases, the return address will be shared, and shipping cost may be reimbursed up to ₹80 with proof.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available only for size issues or defective items.
  • Approved replacement orders will be dispatched and deliveredwithin 3–5 working days after we receive the original item and it passes quality check.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Product was returned and approved by our quality team.
  • The item was not eligible for replacement or you chose a refund instead.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer (bank details will be required).

6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For prepaid orders, cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

7. Defective / Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us with your order ID and images of the product/packaging
  • Upon verification, a free replacement or refund will be arranged

8. Delayed Refund or Non-Receipt

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank statement again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • If unresolved, call us to +91 90511 88076

9. Abuse of Return Policy

Returns made outside the scope of this policy or excessive return activity may result in account suspension or cancellation of future purchases.
